Full-time
Application Deadline: Apr 10, 2026
Clinical Pharmacist

**Please note this listing has been updated to reflect an application deadline of Friday, April 10th!**

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is looking for a highly motivated individual to provide pharmacy services for infectious diseases patients in the acute care setting with the opening of a new 820 bed hospital within the health-system. In addition, the specialist will be engaged in antimicrobial stewardship activities for the health-system and our stewardship outreach program for network facilities within The Ohio State Health Network. The breakdown is approximately 9-10 months inpatient ID consult service and 2-3 months on stewardship. We offer a unique practice model that allows pharmacists to practice at the top of their license in close coordination with our providers.

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center has seven consult services: three General ID, two Hematology/Oncology ID, Solid Organ Transplant ID, and University Hospital East ID. Teaching and research opportunities will be available. In addition, the ID pharmacist will routinely interact with the six ID fellows and other Division of ID faculty members both through didactic lectures as well as direct patient care.
