JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a clinical pharmacist to join our ID/ASP pharmacy team (3.5 FTE for adults/pediatrics). As a member of our team, you will provide exceptional patient care, optimize antimicrobial use, work with our excellent ID physicians, and educate medical providers and pharmacy staff/residents. This position will rotate between adult inpatient ID consult services and provide ASP oversight for VCU Medical Center, Community Memorial Hospital, Tappahannock Hospital, and adult outpatient clinics.
