Clinical Pharmacist - Infectious Disease

We represent a major New England based health system located within close proximity to Boston and Albany New York and we are managing their search for an ID/Clinical Pharmacy Specialist. Responsible for the day to day activities of the Antimicrobial Stewardship Program and the oversight of clinical pharmacy functions. Works collaboratively with the ID physician.

Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience:

• Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY1 residency program.
• Completion of an ASHP accredited PGY2 residency/fellowship in Infectious Disease is preferred but not required.
• Experience in Infectious Disease setting as a pharmacist.
• Board certified in Infectious Disease is preferred.
