Infectious Diseases Pharmacist

Thrilled to share my team is recruiting for TWO full-time pharmacists to start an innovative program at UPMC. We are calling this the POSITIVE program (Prolonged length of stay in paTients with IV antimicrobials or Extenuating infectious circumstances). We want you to come design a comprehensive patient management program that essentially stewards the ID consult service. These pharmacists will report to Erin McCreary, have hybrid roles with WFH flexibility and hospital site visits, and be part of the BEST team across UPMC. These positions afford the ability to live anywhere in PA, NY, or MD as long as you are commutable to Altoona, Bedford, Somerset, and/or Harrisburg and surrounding hospitals (however, being Pittsburgh-based is preferred so we can hang out).
