About the Role:
We are seeking a Clinical Pharmacist – Infectious Diseases to serve as a subject matter expert and support our Antimicrobial Stewardship Program.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead clinical pharmacy services in infectious diseases and antimicrobial stewardship

• Document and report clinical and economic impact of interventions

• Prepare and present drug monographs, class reviews, and medication evaluations

• Contribute to policy, order set, and guideline development

• Participate in committees related to infectious disease pharmacy practices

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to improve outcomes and meet regulatory goals

• Precept PGY1 residents and pharmacy students

Qualifications:

• PharmD required

• California Pharmacist License (or eligibility)

• Completion of PGY1 residency or 2+ years inpatient experience

• PGY2 in Infectious Diseases preferred
