Antimicrobial Stewardship Clinical Pharmacist

AdventHealth is seeking a dedicated and collaborative Antimicrobial Stewardship Pharmacist to join our Centralized Antimicrobial Stewardship Team, providing expert support to AdventHealth Orlando campus. This role is integral to promoting optimal antimicrobial use, improving patient care, and advancing our corporate-wide antimicrobial stewardship initiatives. The pharmacist will work closely with clinical pharmacists, providers, and multidisciplinary teams to develop evidence-based recommendations, monitor antimicrobial utilization, and serve as a stewardship resource for the campus. Ideal candidates will have strong clinical knowledge in infectious diseases, excellent communication skills, and a passion for interdisciplinary collaboration. This role entails a hybrid work model, with approximately 50% of time spent on-site at AdventHealth Orlando and 50% working remotely.
