Work Schedule: Full-time; M-F: 8am - 4:30pm

• Leading the Outpatient/Emergency Department Antimicrobial Stewardship Program (ASP)

• Managing Outpatient Parenteral Antibiotic Therapy (OPAT)

• Reconciling outpatient/ED cultures with empiric antibiotic therapy

• Beta-lactam allergy de-labeling

• Starting a pharmacist-led travel e-consult clinic

• Expanding Latent Tuberculosis clinic

• Supporting HIV PrEP/Hepatitis clinics

• Educating healthcare providers on appropriate antimicrobial use

• Participating in local and VISN21 ASP activities

• Conducting ID-specific performance improvement initiatives

• Precepting APPE Students and PGY1 Pharmacy Residents

• 800+ beds across three inpatient facilities and four outpatient clinics
