Clinical Pharmacy Coordinator - Infectious Disease

CLINICAL PHARMACY COORDINATOR, INFECTIOUS DISEASE:

Georgia based health system is seeking candiddates for a Senior level position within their Infectious Disease Program. They are seeking candidatres with experience as a Clinical Specialist or Pharmacist with expertise in Infectious Diseases and Antimicrobial Stewardship. This position is based out of their flagship hospital, a 500 bed tertiary care facility with an established Antimicrobial Stewardship Program with Acute Care, Ambulatory Care and Long Term Care components.
