Clinical Pharmacy Specialist - Antimicrobial Stewardship/ID

Come join the Baptist Health System Antimicrobial Stewardship Team in Little Rock, Arkansas!

We are currently recruiting for a third ID clinical pharmacy specialist for our team as our health system is continuing to expand across the state. We are primarily a community, not-for-profit, twelve hospital system.

Although we are based primarily in Little Rock, the antimicrobial stewardship team operates on a system-wide level overseeing a variety of patient populations including a multitude of critically ill patients as well as an LVAD, ECMO, and heart transplant program. Additionally, our outpatient clinics stretch across all areas of the state and are the primary healthcare access for many Arkansans. Our stewardship program has made large impacts on the lives of thousands of patients in our community, and we are excited to continue to expand this impact. 

In addition to impacting the lives of patients, there are opportunities to shape the future of the profession by precepting both APPE students and PGY1 pharmacy residents.
